Dr. Amanda Stevens, DC, MS

"Special Considerations for the Pediatric Athlete"


Dr. Amanda is practicing chiropractor in Kelowna. Her practice focused entirely on pediatric and perinatal health.  She also teaches, both CE and academically. She is a founding faculty member for Logan University's Masters of Science in Chiropractic Pediatrics.  She has and continues to be involved in various research efforts, from safety data collection to expert panel consensus statements, and works as a casual research assistant for Parker University.  Dr Amanda's efforts to elevate the standard of MSK care for children has been recognized in her being awarded the ACA's Pediatric Chiropractor of the Year for 2025.

Dr. Clark Konczak, DC, FRCCSS(C), FCCOS(C)

"Hands-On Upper X-tremity Assessment" 


Awarded the Canadian Chiropractic Association Award of Merit, Clark is a Past-President of the British Columbia Chiropractic Association. He is a peer reviewer for the Canadian Chiropractic Association Journal. Clark served as the 1st Vice-Chair of the Canadian Chiropractic Research Foundation,  as well as  the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board, concluding his term as Vice-Chair.

He holds dual Chiropractic Fellowships in both Sports Sciences and Orthopedics meaning he has an additional six years of post-graduate training, and extensive experience with complicated injury and sports injury. Clark’s ongoing sports experience has a distinct “Action-Sports direction” with professional mountain bike events such as Crankworx in Whistler, slopestyle skiing all over the world with the Canadian Olympic Slopestyle Skiing team. He has participated as a sports chiropractor multiple times at the X-Games, Dew-Tour and numerous World Championships from Curling, BMX to Wheelchair Rugby, the Pan-American Games, the 2010 Vancouver and 2014 Sochi Russia Winter Olympic Games, and the 2018  Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang Korea.

Dr. Maddy Gruber, DC, RCCSS(C) Resident

Dr. Gruber has extensive background knowledge in athletic, rehabilitative exercise, and biomechanics, having graduated from Brock University with her Bachelors of Kinesiology before pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. Her childhood background of competitive downhill skiing coupled with her knowledge gained in school gives her deeper insight into the needs of athletes.

Dr. Glenn Cashman DC, FRCCSS(C)

Dr. Cashman is a sports chiropractor, researcher, teacher, industry mentor and athlete. He has been treating patients of all ages and activity levels since 1996. He is the recipient the BC College of Chiropractors Award of Excellence. 

He has over 20 years experience as the Team Chiropractor for the Vancouver Canucks and Vancouver Giants hockey teams in addition to extensive experience working with elite athletes and teams of all types. He also sits on the national board of directors for Canada’s Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (RCCSS). 

Dr. Cashman has completed a Master’s in Rehabilitation Science at UBC’s faculty of medicine. He also holds the designation of Fellow with the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences, Canada’s only recognized designation for chiropractic sports specialists. This designation requires several additional years of study, research and sports fieldwork to complete. He applies his extensive experience to all his patients. 

Dr. Chris White, DC, RCCSS(C) Resident

Dr. White is currently pursuing his Sports Sciences Fellowship with the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (RCCSS). He is actively involved in treating elite athletes as a team chiropractor for the Vancouver Giants hockey team and the North Shore Twins baseball team in addition to treating at various community and provincial sporting events.

Dr. Chris White believes that every patient is an athlete in their own way, each deserving special attention to improve performance. Even if it’s just for fun on the weekends or wanting to perform daily tasks without pain, Chris loves being able to help people of all ages and skill levels reach and maintain their optimal performance levels.
